You must do it in linux. Use a VirtualBox to load ubuntu and do it there. That is what I do.

You also must ensure you have all the files needed. The auto patcher zip does not include everything you need. You will need to make the script executable before it will run. chmod +x modfirmware.sh

I might have time to patch the firmware today, we will see.

ok so I figured out why it wasn't running its because I was trying to run it from the sd card so I copyed everything over to Ubuntu and ran it again and it worked and said everything was good and it made the .zip so I extracted in the sd card, changed the uniteid and put in the innotab and flashed it. now nothing opens not even the cartridge or games installed from learning lodge its the same thing that happened when I did it myself before and I had to get a new innotab because I cant run the firmware patcher to install a new firmware. I should have never did it myself again and now my tablet is broken I don't advise doing this yourself Sad

I might be able to wait until innotab posts another update then try to go to the learning lodge to update it. that might fix it so I can patch it again

You need to ensure you have all the files needed to run the script as I stated. You also need to be careful going from windows to Linux. You should be extracting the zip and doing everything in Ubuntu so Windows doesn't mess up any of the files.

Are you making sure to let the patcher finish flashing? You can upload your modified zip so I can look and see what maybe went wrong. Sounds like you are also a bit too impatient. You need to take time, look over things and ensure they are right before moving on.
