Hi. I Google 2 free codes from official page but not working on my device coz is platinum? Alphabet straw and other is the book ... But no results on search.
I bought pad with few games but yesterday can't turn it off so I hold power button for long time and I had tablet connect to computer on screen and lost all games! Sad

It's hard for me to make out what you are trying to say (no offense, of course), but here are some answers to your questions (from what I can make out):

1) There are no "free codes" for software for the LeapPad. I don't really know what you're talking about with these "free codes". Huh

2) If you bought the LeapPad from someone else (i.e. used) and connected to Wi-Fi/computer (using LeapFrog Connect), it will erase any apps that are not on your account. (eg. if the previous owner bought an app using their account, and you signed into yours and you don't own that same app, the LeapPad will delete it)

PS. Sorry if I sounded rude... your English might need some work though.
