are you selected correct architecture in 32 and 64 bit file?
it should copy in files folder as exe file, like ffmpeg.exe

Yes, I downloaded 64 bit. Extract with winrar and only copied the ffmpeg.exe file in the files folder.
Than I convert video, copy to from videos folder to install folder. Connect the leappad and install it.
The program say to me install successful. Disconnect to leappad. And than I open leappad but I couldun't find the video.
What is the matter? What should I do?

If you do every thing well then Maybe your wifi is on and connected, possibility leappad do a update and erase all other changes back

Yes, thats true. Now I see the video. But video quality is very bad. There are pixel defects in the video. 
I had choosed medium and full secren.

Yes, its exactly my experience for Platinum, I think it should be because of encoding setting like frame rate.. I'm working on it but no luck until now
I will share the correct encoding setting here if i had chance to get it

Is there a way for me to download an application like youtube kids etc. platinum and watch my kids watch videos from there?
