You need to download ffmpeg.exe from https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html and put it in files folder for now, ffmpeg file is not in the old address

I have same problem. I downloaded the ffmpeg. And put in the 'files' folder. But I still get ffmpeg cache folder not found error.
By what name and exactly which folder should I put?

Yes, I downloaded 64 bit. Extract with winrar and only copied the ffmpeg.exe file in the files folder.
Than I convert video, copy to from videos folder to install folder. Connect the leappad and install it.
The program say to me install successful. Disconnect to leappad. And than I open leappad but I couldun't find the video.
What is the matter? What should I do?

Yes, thats true. Now I see the video. But video quality is very bad. There are pixel defects in the video.

Yes, its exactly my experience for Platinum, I think it should be because of encoding setting like frame rate.. I'm working on it but no luck until now
I will share the correct encoding setting here if i had chance to get it

No, nothing work in leappad products.. it has its own firmware os

Does anyone know if this will work with LeapPad Ultimate? I have one and have converted the video successfully, the LeapPad Manager says it has installed successfully, but can't see the app on the LP Ultimate screen. I have ensured WiFi is off, but still doesn't show up. I have tried multiple times, with multiple videos, with no success. Is the Ultimate supported? If not, is there any other way to get videos on that device?

The Ultimate was never supported. I do not have one to test with and therefore unable to add support for it.
