Sorry, you will need to enable debugging mode. Open the settings and see if it gives you a debug option. Then connect again.

I used the version of leappad manager you had posted a few comments ago and just like others have said it shows the videos were installed but the leappad premium doesnt show them. I went into settings and looked all over but there was no debugging mode.

It is called "Log output level" Change that to Full.

I am just waiting for people to provide back some info for me. I don't have a device to test myself so I am working blindly and relying on others for testing and giving feedback.

What do you need? I can get you the logs. I already downloaded the leappad manager you posted few pages ago.

Make sure you have the full Manager software and then replace the .exe from a few posts ago. Run the app, go to settings and set the "Log output level" to Full. Then connect to your device and post the information from the log window.

I converted the video with the leappad manager, when connecting the device I get in the log window [Warning] Missing Video Player and I am unable to drag and drop the tar file into the window. UAC is disabled and the app is ran as administrator.

Did you go to the settings and enable full log output and then try to connect?

Yes I did, I ended up installing the tar video file by clicking on leappad tab and install, then I browsed to the video and it installed without any issues, however like others said the video is not showing up under the video app. Here is the log and before all this I set the log to full.
