Does anyone have the definitive answer to how you get the video image to show on pad after transferring it across..shows on the installed aps but cant find on the leap pad..

I'm having the same issue!  Grumpy about that right now, but glad it's not just me!  :-(

Same problem, it does the upload process fine... But no video icon.  No themes either!!! Huh

the theme creator is only for the LP2. The program only officially supports the LeapPad 1, 2 and Ultra. I don't have a Platinum to test on.

The program was never built for the Platinum so it most likely won't work unless using the same Ultra functions will work and can modify the program to do that or I can get my hands on a Platinum and do some testing.

The old LeapPads simply scanned the folder and showed the apps "installed". My manager app simply sticks the apps in that folder. The Ultra had a database where it stored the app info so on top of adding the files to the correct place, it also had to be added to the database which is encrypted. The Platinum might be the same way so if it is not added to the database, the files will just sit there in the folder and my manager app will see them there, but the tablet has no idea because they are not in the database.

Grab the program here http://spiffyhacks.harmonypogo.com/threa...ml#pid5453 and go in to your settings to enable debug logging. Report back your findings after connecting to the device

New version has been uploaded. I will now try to install like the Ultra does into the database. This is just a shot in the dark, but feel free to try it out.

Remember, if you are connected to the PC software when plugged in or to your network via WIFI, it WILL wipe any non official apps.
