You need to download ffmpeg.exe from https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html and put it in files folder for now, ffmpeg file is not in the old address

Depended on your os Architecture download 32 or 64 bit

Thanks guys got it working but app won't install on Platinum. Both videoplayer and video converted to app. ?

Do you move your created app ( that .tar video file ) into install folder before connecting leappad and clicking on install?

yep. done from install file and by finding it with the install option
