Patch InnoTab 3 baby German 47.40611 - need help

Hello everybody, i found this nice board an hope to get help.
I need to patch an german InnoTab3 Baby (Storio3 Junior) 47.40611 .
I´m to stupid to do this on my own.
i uploaded the files on zippyshare. Both are the same, but one is packed by winrar.
