The ID of the video may be conflicting with another ID. The name doesn't matter, just the ID. The app auto adjusts the ID, but was done rather quickly and not really the best.
The Platinum may have a different FTP user / pass or something like that. Maybe one of these days I will end up with one and can debug the device to get the Manager working with it.
