I did buy it second hand about 4 months ago, I have changed all accounts on it and stuff with leapfrog. Ive never been able to get it to connect, Im 90% sure its not in developers mode. I have not tried to do a firmware restore, I did do a "repair" via leapfrog connect when I got it, not sure if that has any connection. I just spent a few days searching your forums and trying what I could before pestering haha.
