Struggling to Connect

Heya and I'm sorry but I've been searching for a solution for hours but I cant figure it out unfortunately, will appreciate any help you can give me. I am in admin mode, LeapPad Manager is allowed through firewall and had admin privileges, UAC is disabled, LeapFrog connect has all services stopped through task manager, no monitor.exe running, have rebooted comp and LeapPad 3 a few times, and changed USB ports. I'm not that confident on computers so I have probably missed something small but I cant figure it out.

I do have printscreens avail of each error if you need them, already loaded this with a lot of text sorry.

85% I get this and nothing at all on the manger app
