Thanks for the quick reply.

Ive tried multiple times with various browsers and OSs and they all come back with the same error

There was an error getting the software to download. Did you bypass the ad?

Are you able to get the download to work?

I like using this app a lot but the only problem is that when I want to install a system app or Parents Settings from another LeapPad app to the LeapPad Ultra will not work and install on the device and I did hard work on that. Can you, please update this program. Everything else is perfect.

EDIT: I got this fixed.

When I connect my LeapSter GS to my computer and open LeapPad manager it says Connected to LeapPad 2 and I do not have a LeapPad 2.

Leapster GS is not supported in the manager. It may work, but was never coded in specifically for that device.

When i go to create a movie it asks to download ffmpeg i click yes and then comes up with "could not find ffmpeg cache folder" at the bottom of the video creator screen. any ideas
