Not picking up WIFI

Hi guys,

anyone have the issue of there pad not piucking up there home wifi..I have a Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Routerit picks up the neighbors routers but not mine.

Is your WIFI broadcasting the SSID or did you disable that on the router? Also are you broadcasting on the 5g band or the 2.4? Perhaps it can't detect it due to that.
