Backup Game Data - ainekobovine - 02-06-2015 Is there a way to backup game data? I looked everywhere online and couldn't find any information regarding that. I'm hoping to be able to transfer that from the Leappad 2 to the Leappad Ultra. Is that possible? Thank you! RE: Backup Game Data - Deak Phreak - 02-07-2015 Like game progress and what not? I have never looked into it, but you should be able to get that information by changing the mode to developer to get FTP access, then transfer the user data off the device. I am not 100% the Ultra will function the same way though because I know for apps it uses an encrypted database and the LeapPad 2 does not. RE: Backup Game Data - Joshtech - 10-30-2015 I do believe save data is stored @ \LF\Bulk\Data\Local I don't have LeapPad 2, but I do have and Ultra How the system structures the saves from what I see is as followed. Name="Adventure Sketchers" PackageID = MULT-0x0023000A-000000 ProductID = 0x0023000A Then it's save will be either be \LF\Bulk\Data\Local\0\MULT-0x0023000A-000000 or \LF\Bulk\Data\Local\0\0x0023000A (Assuming 0 is the profile you are wishing to backup) You will see the folders 0, 1, 2, All (on an Ultra you will also see a 3) They correspond to the profiles of the device. To confirm you want to browse the correct profiles saves you can check profile.dsc or profile_private.dsc or profile_rio.dsc and open the with a text editor (notepad, wordpad, notepad++, etc) You will see something like this: profile.dsc Code: ID=0x0 Code: ID=0x0 Code: Name= |
