trouble adding menu items to launcher - sonia_p76 - 12-14-2016
hi all,
i've ftp'd into my Sons leaptv and backed-up a game to my pc...i'd like to put the game into the leaptv as in xboxexperts guide...i can ftp it back into "/LF/Bulk/ProgramFiles" but having trouble running "lfpkg2 /LF/Bulk/ProgramFiles/*/meta.inf" from console....
ive installed putty and contected but when i type "lfpkg2 /LF/Bulk/ProgramFiles/*/meta.inf" it says not found... can anyone offer assistance please?

I'd have to look at my LeapPad Manager application source to see how I am doing it. What folder did you upload it to? Try running "lfpkg2 /LF/Bulk/ProgramFiles/YOURFOLDER/meta.inf"
Also have you tried running lfpkg2 by itself to see if it is even getting called?

Hello Deak - i uploaded it to /LF/Bulk/ProgramFiles.
how do i 'run' the meta.inf file please?
also what is lfpkg2? i'm using fireftp on firefox.

Are you connected to the device with putty? So if you type ls and hit enter, it shows the directory structure? If so, then just type lfpkg2 and hit enter, if it says not found, then the program is not able to run.
