I don't suppose any of those games were ABC type games? RE: Custom Games - confirmed working games - padraig - 01-02-2018 Here is some games people might want to try. They include a huge amount of icons to download in all sizes and even have the entire swf file and icons downloadable so all you have to do is combine them and upload them into the tablet. http://www.gahe.com/ simply click on the game you want and go through the menus, no need to sign up. you can select the swf file alone of the zip with the entire collection of icons. unfortunately.. I tried a simple peppa pig one and it installed perfectly and icons and everything worked like a charm but when I tried to play it I got booted back to the home screen on the tablet. Hi Kris and thank you for your contributions, just wondering if you have any procedure to follow and create the games, sorry and I know it is maybe in other thread, but I couldn't find it. I have some sfw games files already on my computer but don't know how to create the games. just wondering if you can give me a hand with that. thank you. That site is perfect to use with the Leappad Game Genie, you'd only need to download the game swf and a logo png (82x88px) and the app will do the rest. Its quite easy to manually edit the games, although its easier to use the app start by making a duplicate of the template game(Gold Miner) on your PC, we'll call that our "work folder" Every change we're about to make is in the work folder. Editing the template game files using notepad++

I Should Have Also Wrote:Notice: The game is installable via FTP now but the artwork isn't done so it will still have the template icon and preview images. Installing Via LeapPad Manager. You will need 7Zip to package the files
I Should Have Also Wrote:Notice: The game files must be in the root of the .tar, don't tar the game folder, just the contents. Base_DA and Preview_DA images Use google images, Paint.NET's magic wand and USE the template images and you'll have your own icons in no time. Base_DA.png Width 82px Height 88px Preview_DA.png Width 70px Height 69px I did actually knock together a small Visual Basic app that took the template from gold miner and appended a few strings from text boxes making it all very simple... It doesn't do the artwork though. It makes MP3 player packages too. I Should Have Also Wrote: RE: Custom Games - confirmed working games - Kris_Perry - 11-16-2022 |
