RE: Struggling to Connect - Deak Phreak - 12-17-2015 Any issues that I come across are usually fixed after doing the repair which forces a restore of the firmware. I assume this is what you did where you hold some buttons during bootup and get to the repair screen, then connect it to the PC so the connect app can repair it. From the errors, it seems to be scanning then doing a test on the device which fails. I am unsure the cause of this unfortunately. |
