still no luck, it continues to ask me to install ffmpeg on every start up like it hasn't each time i ask it to.

You need to download ffmpeg.exe from https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html and put it in files folder for now, ffmpeg file is not in the old address

You need to download ffmpeg.exe from https://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html and put it in files folder for now, ffmpeg file is not in the old address

Do you move your created app ( that .tar video file ) into install folder before connecting leappad and clicking on install?

I have not messed with the Platinum so it might not be supported. The ultra had an encrypted database. The Platinum may be the same so you might be out of luck on that one.

I have a platinum, I tried to make a video as an app with your manager, actually it works and even app installed with all icon customization too .. but the problem is some times it just come up with a green screen and some times with a very noisy and sound delay .. it seems its a encoding problem also sound rate difference :|

The conversion with ffmpeg would just need to be changed to match that. You could easily do that manually with ffmpeg via a command line and keep testing until it works. You can manually edit the tar and replace the video with the one you convert manually for testing.
