The string is just an encrypted name to the filename / path.
The piece of code pasted was how it is used in the software, to encrypt ANY path.
But another way you could do it is like this (if you already have ANY encrypted file on your tablet)
there is another location that has some too, can't remember the other location off hand.
So.. lets say you already have a file called mnt/.cci/V6SZ4Z+m5iQmx4H9wHG9ZamHJ3ag6J=.ita
find out where that is pointing to
ls -l
you should get something like
V6SZ4Z+m5iQmx4H9wHG9ZamHJ3ag6J=.ita -> /data/com...../whatever.apk
copy your new ITA, to that location with the same name as the original
then proceed using your encrypted string..

That is for the max which runs on Android. Won't help here.
I updated Spiffy Hack so it will grab items from the ITA folder on the SD card. I believe you have to decrypt them on the same device they were downloaded to because it uses the tablet ID to encrypt them.
